Job Description
- Assign walk-in customers with minimum waiting time to the correct parties
- Maintain accurate records of the daily number of walk-ins and ensure that daily reports are sent to the line manager
- Handle complaints, and customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines (as per SLA and use of Priorities), if appropriate
- Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors
- Make recommendations for improving the process of receiving walk-in customers to reduce waiting time and increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure Reception Area and Information desk are kept clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout the day
- Coordinate with Office Assistance to ensure all customers are offered refreshments in the waiting area
- Assist the HR department, as well as other departments with booking interviews and meeting rooms
