Vacancy title: Customer Service and Moderation Executive – working from home
Working hours: from 7am to 2pm
Working Days:Saturday to Thursday
Salary: 3000 with quarterly promotions
Job description:
– Receiving and handling customer messages (Arabic and English)
– Handling questions and concerns with immediate reply with maximum reply window 15 minutes
– Handling customer complaints
– Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
