Job Description
- Organize hard and soft copies of employee records make sure it’s secured and updated.
- Monitor employees’ database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
- Responsible for adding (Fixed/ Variable) salary inputs for new hires into the payroll system.
- Prepare EEP contracts & renewals, and HR letters.
- Handle communication with the medical insurance company and coordinate the medical benefit in matters of members’ additions/ deletions and medical claims process.
- Follow up on social insurance process.
- Monitor all leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves. emergency leaves. unpaid leave. etc ….) to ensure that relevant policies are adhered to. and attendance for all Employees by reviewing attendance system reports, to ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Responsible for clearance forms and follow up process.
- Ensure all the processes are compliant with Egyptian labour law. Oversee day to day HR operations.
- Follow up on probation period for new hires.
- Track birthday dates every month for all employees to send birthday wishes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related.
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
- Very good understanding of Labour Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing.
