Job Description:

Required for a multinational technology company call center agents that will carry on customer care operations.

· Fluent in English speaking – writing as a Native “No Accent”

· 3 -6 months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)

· Highly motivated and strong work ethic.

· Courteous, friendly, and professional manner

· Strong computer skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work to deadlines and targets

· Flexibility in your approach to work to meet the changing needs of the business

· Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
