Job Description
- Provide direct customer support through various channels during business day
- Follow-up on experts’ progress with Call Center team leaders aligned with Elabd strategy
- Resolve customer complaints and responds to all of branches inquires related to customer claims
- Play a key contact role ( Back Line) with call center team during the seasons
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries – particularly the escalated ones
- Provide feedback and support to the Customer Care team to ensure that all issues are resolved according to CS SLA.
- Support process Improvement and contribute to process optimization
- Oversee day to day performance and workflow with call center and release any obstacles prevent achieving SLAs and targets
- Share and provide new updates or changes for call center team
- Conduct coaching & training sessions
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
