Customer Service Specialist – Elabd Foods

Job Description

  • Provide direct customer support through various channels during business day
  • Follow-up on experts’ progress with Call Center team leaders aligned with Elabd strategy
  • Resolve customer complaints and responds to all of branches inquires related to customer claims
  • Play a key contact role ( Back Line) with call center team during the seasons
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries – particularly the escalated ones
  • Provide feedback and support to the Customer Care team to ensure that all issues are resolved according to CS SLA.
  • Support process Improvement and contribute to process optimization
  • Oversee day to day performance and workflow with call center and release any obstacles  prevent achieving SLAs and targets
  • Share and provide new updates or changes for call center team
  • Conduct coaching & training sessions

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
