DIY Wholesaling is an outsourcing company that hires team members to help real estate investors, wholesalers, and realtors grow their businesses.
How do we do this?
We have team members who focus on cold calling, follow-up & acquisitions specialists, who speak to interested homeowners ready to make a real estate move. From there we can be of support to our clients & close deals.

Time commitment:
Part-Time Job – 4 hours per day
Hourly Pay + Bonuses!

Responsibilities
- This role requires someone who will be reaching out to interested homeowners whom our team has already sourced and closing a deal for our clientele.
- You will be responsible for communicating appropriately with our team members and clients
- Deliver a certain amount of deals closed per month
- Deliver appropriate documentation & report of calls completed during the day.
Qualifications
- Acquisition Experience ( Must)
- Closing Experience ( Must)
- DocuSign Knowledge (Plus but not indispensable)
- SmrtPhone (Plus but not indispensable)
- Good Communication Skills
- Calm & organized work environment
- Detail oriented & able to work under minimal supervision
- Spanish is a plus.
