Salary:5000 To 8000 EGP Per Month, Annual Bonus Medical Insurance

Key Tasks:
Responsibilities:

  • Daily responsible to meet and greet employees / visitors of the company
  • Daily managing / issuance of visitor’s access card
  • Printing of new employee’s access cards whenever required
  • Employee’s access card for activation / deactivation
  • Daily proactively screen incoming calls and respondsindependently when required and ensure proper dissemination of the same
  • Daily review incoming documents such as fax, email, etc. and make recommendations for action and distribution
  • Liaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintained
  • Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorization or supervision maintained
  • Daily recording of incoming and outgoing couriers / shipments / post mails
  • Daily sending / receiving / distributing couriers / shipments / post mails
  • Providing support in courier AWB creation
  • Weekly inventory and safekeeping of office stationery & pantry supplies
  • Daily checking / monitoring supplies of photocopy machines / printers
  • Monitoring logbook for lost and found property
  • Administer booking Taxis or car hire and travel documents processing whenever required
  • Administer the booking system for conference rooms and workrooms, following current guidelines. Deal with all queries in a positive and helpful manner. All bookings to be verified in advance
  • Weekly Concur Expense Archiving
  • Requesting quotations whenever required
  • Support in CBRE FMP and/or Honeywell Compass PR creation for Facilities whenever required
  • Support in monitoring & tracking of Honeywell invoices / payments
  • Support IFM and Honeywell projects whenever required
  • Other Facilities ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Other Admin duties that may be assigned from time to time

QHSE

  • Weekly / Monthly HSE inspection
  • Weekly conduct 6s audit / inspection
  • Monthly conduct Building Steward audit / inspection
  • Monthly attending trainings & online courses necessary for Product learning
  • Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on the work instructions or communicated in training
  • Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
  • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
  • Apply, execute and maintain function related quality issues
