NOK Human Capital is urgently hiring #Talent_Acquisition_Specialist in #Maadi.
Requirements:
– Minimum 6 month to1 year of experience in #Mass_Hiring with a proven record.
-Fluent in English.
-HR certificate.
Job description:
-Develop and execute recruiting plans.
-Creates his/her own pool of qualified candidates.
-Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
-Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
-Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
-Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Work conditions:
-8 working hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM.
-2 days off: Friday, Saturday.
-Medical & Social insurance.
