Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations within the Accounts Department.
• Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports.
• Organizing and preparing annual inventories and delivering the results to the General Manager.
• Implementation and application of accounting policies and principles in line with the work environment.
• Continuous development in improving the financial accounting systems and procedures used within the company.
• Preparing and reviewing payment and receipt vouchers.
• Preparing and managing financial budgets.
• Make cash forecasts and forecasts.
• Analyzing differences and differences between revenues and expenses.
• Submitting the necessary suggestions to improve the internal operations of the department, which leads to better, more accurate and faster results.
• Preparing periodic reports containing income statements and analysis of debts and cash flow.
Job Requirements
- He must be 10th of Ramadan resident
- He must have at least 8 years of experience in the field of accounts and at least 2 years as an account manager
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
