Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor is expected to:

  • Handling projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks
  • Managing Operations for strategic projects’ accounts
  • Handle inquiries (direct & indirect).
  • Conduct sales activities through enrollment process.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet clients and solve their problems.
  • Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.

Handle some operational Tasks such as:

  • Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
  • Prepare invoices, collect customer payments and handle other accounting activities.
  • Prepare reports and required documents.
  • Manage material inventory.
  • Maintain correspondence with customers.

Shifts:

  • 8 working hours.
  • 6 days a week- Fridays off.
  • Work Locations available: Maadi

Job Requirements

The perfect candidate should:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in any major (A MUST).
  • 5-7 years experience in the field.
  • Have a good command of written & spoken English language.
  • Presentable.
