Job Description
The Customer Service Supervisor is expected to:
- Handling projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks
- Managing Operations for strategic projects’ accounts
- Handle inquiries (direct & indirect).
- Conduct sales activities through enrollment process.
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet clients and solve their problems.
- Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
Handle some operational Tasks such as:
- Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
- Prepare invoices, collect customer payments and handle other accounting activities.
- Prepare reports and required documents.
- Manage material inventory.
- Maintain correspondence with customers.
Shifts:
- 8 working hours.
- 6 days a week- Fridays off.
- Work Locations available: Maadi
Job Requirements
The perfect candidate should:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in any major (A MUST).
- 5-7 years experience in the field.
- Have a good command of written & spoken English language.
- Presentable.
