Responsibilities:
Process reservations, issue, Reissue and Refund tickets using GDS Galileo.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers over the phone, email and WhatsApp.
Ensure accuracy of information provided to customers and ensure compliance with airline rules and industry procedures
Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to resolve issues and answer inquiries
Handle and manage customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
Keep up to date with industry developments and changes in policies and procedures related to airline reservations and ticketing
Requirements:
Experience in airline reservation and ticketing using Travelport #Galileo.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Knowledge of #airline and industry policies and procedures related to reservations and #ticketing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Salaries will be determined in the interview, and starts at 8K EGP Net or more even during the probation period, depends on experience.
