Job Title:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a soft collection executive/senior soft collection executive/Recovery dept/QNB AL AHLI Leasing
Narrative description:
Responsible for following up on QNB AA Leasing stage 1 & stage 2 portofolio “with CBE risk rating 1-7” with past dues or negative remarks from early warning indicators by accounts and urge them to pay their past dues(if any), and thus reducing provisions ratios and avoid NPL.
Job Summary:
.Receive and review the required portofolio & irregular reports on monthly basis.
.contact/visit the clients to urge them to regularize their accounts and pay overdue amounts.
.Follow-up on the payment collections of the clients and regularizing their accounts.
.Ensure the clients full understanding of payments processes and due dates.
.Coordinate with the concerned commercial executives / relationship manager / network regarding the agreed upon action with the client.
.Coordinate with all the concerned parties to fulfill the contact details of the unreachable clients.
.Provide recommendations to downgrade / upgrade or maintain clients risk rating to be presented within risk review & provision committee each month.
.Education & Experience:
.Bachelors degree in commerce,business or Economics.
Executive exp: Min of 2 years of relevant experience with thorought knowledge of the different banking services & products.
Senior Executive: from 3 to maximum 5 years of relevant experience with thorought knowledge of the different banking services & products
.Skills:
.Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
.Sufficient knowledge & experience in economic sectors, industries, trading & customers.
.Adequate knowledge of NPL Debts policies.
.Basic knowledge of legal aspects.
.Excellent negotiation skills.
.Fluent in Arabic & English written & spoken.
.Very good skills in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint.
