Main Responsibilities:
- Perform regular visits/calls to branches, to track and keep close monitoring of the digital acquisition and track KPIs in assigned region.
- Build strong relationship with branches staff in assigned region and provide full support for any inquiry related to digital banking.
- Ensure branches front-liners provide customers with full onboarding process (End-To-End)
- Ensure branches front-liners providing customers with the full knowledge and key features of Mobile & Internet banking.
- Ensure branches and contact center users are effectively trained and having the up-to-date user guide.
- Track of customers complaints/issues and oversee their prompt resolution.
- Helping in Increasing the percentage of registration and activation of the digital channels services.
- Engage in creating new acquisition and activation plans to acquire and onboard new digital customers.
