Job Description

Job Summary
Optimizing all aspects of the after sales experience for the customer and maintaining customer relationships to measure satisfaction and encourage future sales.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Junior Success manager  provide after-sales service support to customers, such as on-boarding, consulting and up selling products.
  2. Study competitors’ products and services, market trends and customer’s demand.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and monitor customer satisfaction.
  4. Suggest corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction, communicate and resolve product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
  5. Improve existing services; develop new services using research, customer feedback and other methods of information gathering.
  6. Resolve customer complaints across all channels.
  7. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  8. Walk the extra mile for ALL clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (preferably in Business Administration)
  • Min. 1 year proven customer support or customer success experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • In depth product and market understanding
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Personal commitment to excellent customer service.
