Responsibilities:
-Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
-Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
-Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English speaking and writing.
-At least 1 year of experience in Customer service or Sales
-Familiar with social media and live streaming apps.
-Creative and innovative in work scope.
-Capable of working under pressure and willing to work with a flexible work schedule.
-Skilled in communication and good at handling problems.
2 Days off.
Rotational shifts, 8 hours and one hour break.
Medical and social insurance.
