Job Description

  • Manage Front Desk and coordinate front-desk activities.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Provide support to managers and employees.
  • Manage and distribute information within the office.
  • Register Meetings and appointments.
  • Responsible for Meeting room reservations.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and functional, with all necessary stationery,
    material and equipment maintenance.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to designated recipient.
  • Handle minor tasks related to HR department.
  • Receive, greet, and escort visitors.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Liaise with staff and other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from
    senior managers.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • Pleasant personality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers an machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effecti streamlining office operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
