Job Description

  1. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
  2. Managing the website (including all images, tools, and content).
  3. Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
  4. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs), researching competitors, and providing suggestions for improvement.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  6. Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  7. Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  8. Identifying the latest trends, insights, and technologies affecting the industry.
  9. Developing strategies and evaluating important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  10. Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  11. Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  12. Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  13. Leading, supervising, and motivating members of the digital marketing team and supervising their work.
  14. Negotiating advertising contracts.
  15. Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and collaborating with the finance department to set and stay within budget.
  16. Updating blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.) and overall management.
  17. Delivering effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
  18. Developing and managing A/B testing protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements

 

.BS degree in marketing or a related field from a well-established university.

.A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in an educational institution such as universities or colleges.

. Minim 2 years in the same position.

.Fluency in English is a must.

.Proven past experience in the same field.

.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, SMS, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

.Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
