- SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Continuous customer support & assistance in store through greeting, identifying customer needs, & providing information regarding discounts, promotions & new collections
- Building customer loyalty through creating/updating customer profile records
- Be aware of company exchange & return policies
- Assure upselling & cross-selling items through the selling process
- Assuring personal targets are achieved on daily basis
- PRODUCTS & VISUAL MERCHANDISE
- Section Care
- Refilling the sections with the needed products
- Display (VM) & proper sizing
- Steaming
- Prices, sale tags & signage placement
- Checking security tags & price labels
- Supervise section cleaning process to maintain best results
- Implementing new shipment
- Implement & follow brand guidelines to display the products
- Assure proper arrangement for products in the stock room
- Section Care
- STORE & BRAND IMAGE
- Basic brand knowledge to ensure confident relationship with the customers
- Attaining self-hygiene standards through keeping brand uniform clean & in shape.
- Supervising store cleaning process to be in perfect condition
- STORE SECURITY
- Watch for & recognize security risks and thefts to be able to know how to prevent or handle such situations to avoid stolen cases
- Handle customers throughout the selling process & control what’s in & out the fitting room
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Sales.
- Good apperance
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
