Job Description
We are looking for a human resources and Admin coordinator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. An HR coordinator must be a conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. You will have strong administrative and information technology abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Schedule meetings, interviews, maintain agendas
2. Coordinate events made by the company
3. Preparing job offer to the accepted employees
4. Handling onboarding process including requesting new emails, resources and adding to related communication channels
5. Keep needed copies of employees’ records and documents
6. Add new employees to Odoo system with full details like contact, salaries
7. Develop needed HR letter as per needs
8. Fill medical insurance and social insurance applications
9. Update employees’ records if any updates or changes
10. Responding to employees’ queries
11. Assist in visa issuance process for employees as per his direct manger direction
12. Execute any other related tasks assigned to him by his direct manger
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
- Maximum age 29 years
- Very good command in English
- Exposure to Labor Law, payroll practices , and full understanding of HR functions
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good listener, fast learner and adapt with changes smoothly
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Organizational, time management skills and attention to details
- Must be a male, and preferred to be resident in Nasr city or willing to move there
- preferred to have a car
