Scope of the Job
Handling all new hires and terminations requires, follow up the daily attendance and all kind of vacations, take the necessary action compliance the labor law, calculate monthly overtime for who entitled, handling the employees transportation with the suppliers, handling and communicate with governmental offices with all documents needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain all personnel data for new hires on HR System for his locations.
- Preparing monthly social insurance report & checks for his region and paying it to social insurance office.
- Enters all manual attendance, sick leaves and other for region.
- Follow up on monthly absence days for region employees on the System.
- Following up on the manual attendance in region.
- Responsible for the maintenance and update of personnel records and employees information and files on Personnel System and in personnel files for each region.
- Responsible for collection of all employees information for reports and statistical research requested by the governmental authorities related to employees diversity and count.
- Examines employee files to answer inquires and provide information to authorized representatives (Social insurance & labor office).
- Responsible for company region buses in terms of: routes, driver compliance with company rules & safety, solving any problems that might be raised from driver or employees and checking the invoices of his region buses.
- Implement & apply HR policies and procedures for the company
- Calculate the monthly overtime and settlement.
- Support all internal & external customers for any requires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Law
- Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on HR operations, with focus on personnel
- HRIS systems
- Advanced MS Office skills
