Job Description
- Handling all the recruitment cycles including (Recruitment Planning, Sourcing, Interviews, Job offers, Documentation).
- Attending technical interviews with line managers.
- Initiate and facilitate the on-boarding process.
- Delivering effective onboarding & induction programs to familiarize new hires with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
- Update the Job descriptions and Org. Chart.
- Assisting in Personnel cycle including (Insurance forms 1 – 6, Contracts, Employees Files – Database updates).
- Be the main point of contact for all employee relations issues and respond to all concerns & Requests.
- Participate in Performance Management Processes and review the KPIs and coordinate between the employees and the line managers.
- Participate in developing organization guidelines, Policies and procedures.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Recommend ideas to motivate employees.
- Identify training needs.
- Implementation training programs for the new employees & coordinate execution of the training plan for all employees.
- Participate in forecasting the training budget.
- Prepare and present reports of the training program.
- Coordinate the trainings facilities` and make sure all required tools are available for training implementation.
- Be the main point of contact for all medical requests in coordination with group medical officer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related fields (HR Certificate is a plus)
- Minimum 4 :8 years of active experience.
- Preferably experienced in Construction field.
- Advanced Level in MS Office Programs.
- Strong organizing, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
