Job Description
- Implement human resources & company policies.
- Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork.
- informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Update daily employee database and files.
- Oversee and handle the staff attendance.
- Assist the HR Manager in all functions.
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience From 1 year to 3 years in real estate field.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Has good knowledge about HR Functions.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
