Job Purpose
- To be responsible for the implementation of retail business strategy with respect to All ADIB products and programs.
- To generate new to the bank customers and grow bank earning assets
- To deliver exceptional Sales and income performance whilst maintaining sound risk management
Key Accountabilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Research new business development opportunities to grow ADIB market share in personal finance / Auto local market.
- Produce business development plans
- Deliver against stretched targets for new Accounts generation.
- Make Recommendations regarding implementation of new products and services to meet changing market needs.
- Develop and implement resulting plans including developing links with appropriate product specialists from the bank.
- Report Progress to the Head of Direct Sales.
- Monitor and improve the operational system to reach the best turnaround time
- Calculate and monitor the Revenues earned through the Sales channels achievements
- Analyse sales reports in respect of volumes, profit per unit and sales by range.
- Create strategies to increase sales using market research undertaken by the marketing team.
Staff Management
- Lead and provide guidance support and direction to his team.
- In
conjunction with the head of sales, agree challenging performance
objectives for your own team providing regular feedback on honest
assessment and achievements. - Provide on-going coaching, counselling and feedback to the team.
- Handles daily team administration including management of staff leaves, absences, etc.
- Identify staff training and development needs and recommend plans to satisfy those needs and escalate to the Human resources.
- Assist in recruiting to fill manpower gaps.
Sales and Business Development:

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10 years preferably in the financial services industry; or other strong-sales culture industry.
