Experience Needed:More Than 4 Years
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department’s staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Oversee the formulation of marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales, margin and market share objectives within budgets
- Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans
- Develop marketing team members; Group Brand Leads, Brand Leads, Brand Associates and Digital Marketing Team in a way to unlock their potential and prepare pipelines of talents within the marketing
- Set in coordination with the sales team the marketing strategies for different products and agree on a mechanism to monitor actions and activities
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings whenever appropriate
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Marketing function by facilitating related professional work processes in order to yield quality outputs.
- Materialize the Marketing unit budget and ensures that the activities within each business unit is implemented and processed as per the assigned figures
- Ensures functional objectives are fulfilled by setting individual targets, KPIs’ ,developing and motivating staff in order to optimize team performance
- For new products, ensure a successful prelaunch and plan has been established and executed via working with sales team
- Direct the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, including the development of business cases for presentation to Management, to ensure the Company’s products and portfolios maintain their competitiveness.
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Fluent English Language is a Must.
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience in working with different departments with different countries.
- 3+ years’ experience in Cosmetics Field is a MUST.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Excellent MS Office and fast typist.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
