About The Job:
Telemarketing Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating more potential clients. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients through profiling.
•Responsible for talking to potential clients to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits.
• Answering potential clients’ questions and conducting follow-up calls.
•Persuade clients by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
• Evaluating Leads through lead qualifications process & score.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications.
– Manage data for prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged with accurate information, and documents are attached to CRM System, as well as reporting and follow-up activities that meet the organization’s requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Good command of the English language (Fluent B2-C1)
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Knowledge of CRM Software
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of business processes and goals
• Good Knowledge of Data Analysis
• Graduate or undergrad (Full-time only)

OPERATION:
• Fixed days off (Saturday-Sunday)
• Fixed shift from 4pm to 1am Egy
