Job Description
– Work in line with different departments to identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
– Design, plan and organize orientation for new employees.
– Implement effective training and development plans and monitor the progress of trainees.
– Maintain organizational charts and details job descriptions along with salary records.
– Lead annual performance management process including forms, tools/resources, communication plan and timeline.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar from any reputable university
– 3-5 years of experience
– Excellent command of spoken and written the English language
– The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
– Keeps ahead of all new techniques in recruitment, training, OD and ER
