Job Description

  • Provide daily/weekly reports to direct managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions.
  • Coordinate with management to fulfill hiring needs by department.
  • Handle the biometric system and prepare analysis reports
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Conducts HR interviews and manages the technical interview process.
  • Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates and prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature.
  • Make sure that all candidates correctly prepared all hiring documents before starting their work.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations …etc.).
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

Some needed Document Control duties:

  • Controlling company and project documentation.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent user of the MS office.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management & Negotiation skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
