Job Description
- Support HR agenda for factories in Coordination with Factory HR team member
- Maintain Harmonious IR Climate in factory and warehouse locations
- Management of the outsourced manpower at all locations
- Monitoring labor supply availability & deployment
- Co-ordinate for safety, general discipline and welfare activities at factory and warehouse locations
- Managing other recruitment related activities like attrition analysis, industry trend analysis, reports generation etc.
- Plan and design Induction Program and be responsible for on-boarding
- Ensure timely employment contracts initiation/renewal, for all existing and new recruits.
- Oversee HR Operations through employee database management, monthly report generation
- Manage end to end Legal affairs. Creation of legal manual to comply statute requirements in full respects.
- Statutory compliance management, preparing quarterly compliance report, suggesting improvement areas, audit management and implementation as needed.
- Manage legal cases related to manpower, liaison with Labour and Social Insurance offices etc.
- Attending to Social Insurance inspection/officials during their routine visits., preparing report and auctioning thereafter as needed.
- Will also be responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to processes and governance in the HR Function. Will be responsible for facing process audits and compliance
- Participation in Govt. bodies (build network with government/ regulatory bodies)
- Benchmark Industry best practices and implement as per need
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with humane resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
