Your Role
- Coordinates & manages leaderships meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members with Purchase Order handling.
- Organize meetings, events, visits in terms of agenda, logistics preparation and inform all impacted parties in adequate time.
- Handles and keep up with office supply inventory.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
- Proven 1 to 3 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Proactive and reliable person with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
