Executive Assistant at Henkel

 

Your Role

  • Coordinates & manages leaderships meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members with Purchase Order handling.
  • Organize meetings, events, visits in terms of agenda, logistics preparation and inform all impacted parties in adequate time.
  • Handles and keep up with office supply inventory.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
  • Proven 1 to 3 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English Speaker.
  • Proactive and reliable person with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
