Job Description

  • Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system “Fingerprint machine”
  • Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
  • Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
  • Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
  • Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
  • Preparing all the legal Docs for new commers to sign, like (job offer contract, police, and any other docs needed)
  • Receiving all the hiring Docs from the new commers.
  • preparing
    the monthly payroll data, including add the newcomers, the final
    settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
  • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.
  • Prepare
    or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring,
    termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required action upon company policy.
  • Track employees absences, and send legal warnings accordingly for their allowances, penalties, delay, and absences.
  • Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed and manage & update employees files.
  • Responsible
    for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities,
    such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical
    insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
  • Assist HR Manager in preparing HR budget if needed as assigned
  • Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly cases, approvals, complaints, etc.).
  • Handle the medical and employee insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as payroll and personnel specialist.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very Good in English.
