Job Description

Supporting   company team in both (Egypt and KSA) in following  areas :

1- Personnel activities  in Egypt.

2- Recruitment process in our branch in Egypt and headquarter in KSA.

3- Payroll process in Egypt

4- Performance Management (Performance appraisal – Training & Development)

Job Description:

  • Administer payroll process
  • Assist in recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance evaluation
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Not less than five years experience in HR & personnel field.
  • HR & personnel course  is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication and people skills
