Job Description
Supporting company team in both (Egypt and KSA) in following areas :
1- Personnel activities in Egypt.
2- Recruitment process in our branch in Egypt and headquarter in KSA.
3- Payroll process in Egypt
4- Performance Management (Performance appraisal – Training & Development)
Job Description:
- Administer payroll process
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance evaluation
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Not less than five years experience in HR & personnel field.
- HR & personnel course is a must
- Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. especially in Excel
- Excellent communication and people skills
