About the job

1. Assist in building, maintaining and enhancing the existing database.
2. Assist in collecting and uploading the HR data on the specified templates and platform(s)
3. Assist in the designing the relevant HR metrics, reports and relevant dashboard(s) to provide insightful recommendations.
4. Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulations.
5. Be up-to-date with the best practices and benchmarks in the HR field (e.g. through Gartner, Gallup, World Economic Forum …).

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Bachelors degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required.
2. Relevant experience in related areas for 1-2 years is a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI or related software.
6. Business Fluency in English
