Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaigns and achieve target KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage website content and ensure it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
- Create and maintain social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, creative development, and performance analysis.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
