The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities

1- Talent Acquisition

  • Be responsible for all internal and external recruitment for the Middle East region, starting from posting the vacancy to talent selection.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relations across the Middle East.
  • Act as the single point of contact for HRBPs and hiring managers for new recruitment requisitions via our internal platform share.
  • Provide hiring managers with clarity, advice, and assistance on sourcing, screening, and selection, keeping diversity as a priority.
  • Handle all candidate shortlisting based on the pre-aligned criteria
  • Conduct competency-based screening interviews with all shortlisted candidates.
  • Support and participate in face-to-face interviews and assessment centers.
  • Maintain recruitment databases (Share) to ensure accurate tracking of vacancies and budget.
  • Provide monthly recruitment reports.
  • Deliver and drive recruitment-related projects.
  • Coordinate with the Reward team the referral bonus payments.
  • Maintain SLAs.
  • Seek excellence in execution by enhancing the quality of candidates, candidate experience, SLAs, and diversity.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policy.

2- Talent Management

  • Coordinate talent review schedule with HRBP.
  • Provide HRBP support with Share Talent module.
  • Support the HRD in scheduling talent review meetings and support the coordination of the materials with the CODI team.
  • SPOC for HRBT for Share Talent module.
  • Support creating a talent pool/talent pipeline for key roles/functions.

3- Key Performance Indicators

  • Up to date Share recruitment module (Success Factors).
  • Delivery and achievement of yearly action plans & targets.
  • SLAs application.
  • Level of openness and collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Level of pro-activeness.

About You

To be successful in the role you should ideally have

Bachelor And Experience

  • University degree in HR and/or business administration, business psychology.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR work experience.
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with recruitment-related software (success factors preferred).

Location

Cairo, Egypt.

Languages Required

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
