Recruitment:
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates via job posting, checking online platforms, asking for referrals
- Screen candidates’ CVs
- Phone screening to shortlist qualified candidates
Personnel:
- Assist in the personnel process of archiving and filing employees’ records.
- Assist in preparing new hires’ contracts and hiring documents.
- Assist in personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, permissions, etc..) in the database.
- Involved in social insurance and labor office-related matters
Employee Engagement:
- Responsible for engaging employees in the company with different activities (Outings, Birthdays, etc.)
- Responsible for collecting feedback from all employees quarterly through surveys.
Training:
- Responsible for following up on the training plan.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using all training ISO forms.
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
Other Duties:
- Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Liaise with other departments or functions
- Execute any other task requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must
- HR Certification is a plus
- From 0 to 1 Year of experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office Applications
