Job Description
• Encourage customers to buy services by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased Services.
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
• Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
• Handle sales-qualified leads and convert them into registered students
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a products or services
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales by providing them with meaningful educational consultations.
• Explain the benefits and features of different university programs and help students select the best fitting for their needs.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales through cross selling and referral sales through Ambassador program
• Establishing and developing relationships with new students, hand in hand with maintaining and growing relationships with the already existing ones.
• Boosting students’ satisfaction through providing a good customer experience and offering excellent educational consultancy.
• Identifying and grasping students’ needs and concerns, as well as acquiring a considerable knowledge about OK TAMAM’s services.
Job Requirements
· Graduate with 2-10 years of experience in a sales position (preferably from an educational background).
. Excellence in English.
. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
. Familiarity with CRM practices
. High motivation and target drive with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to build a dynamic bond with students.
. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
