We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and assistance to clients in their real estate endeavors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about the real estate industry and possessing exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for clients
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved
- Stay updated with industry regulations, legal requirements, and market changes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration) preferred
- Proven track record as a successful Property Consultant or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant real estate tools
