Senior HR Generalist -First Group Construction

• Handling all issues related to social insurance association & labor office issues and inspection visits and providing them with all required documentation
• Completion and proper filing related to any new hire or existing employee, this includes employee relations, governmental papers (Forms 1, 2 and 6), payroll, and social insurance
• Following up on renewal of contracts
• Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources decisions are consistent and fair
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
• Calculate & manage all payroll activities
• Calculate the monthly income tax, social Insurance and emergency fund as per Labor Law
• Calculate final settlements for resigned or terminated employees
• Responsible for resolving any queries or issues related to payroll
• Responsible for the recruitment process end to end, on boarding and orientation process
• Develop and oversee off boarding and exit process
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or any relevant field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in same position and construction background is a must
• HR Certificate is preferable
• Very Good command of English language
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
