Job Summary:

As a Customer Relations Agent, you will handle requests from our application and ensure that the requests are delivered to the two concerned parties accurately. You will provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your excellent communication skills, common sense, and discipline in following processes and attention to small details.

Responsibilities:

– Handle customer inquiries and respond effectively to them.

– Provide support for request issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction with the application.

– Demonstrate excellent communication skills, handling requests professionally and courteously both over the phone and in writing.

– Ensure accurate communication in a timely manner between parties.

– Be disciplined in following set procedures ensuring that compliance is maintained.

– Work remotely from home with a reliable internet connection and mobile network connection.

Requirements:

– Fluent English communication skills with excellent writing and pronunciation required for this position.

– A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries competently and courteously.

– Strong common sense and attention to small details.

– Demonstrated discipline in adhering to set procedures.

– Ability to work remotely from home with a reliable internet connection and mobile network connection.

– Previous experience in a remote working environment is preferred.
