المتطلبات

  1. خبره سابقة مثبتة من 2 – 5 سنه
  2. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
  3. معرفة جيدة بمجال المهارات الشخصية.
  4. القدرة والاهتمام بفهم المعلومات ونقلها.
  5. القيادة والقدرة على تحفيز الآخرين وجلب اهتمامهم
  6. القدرة على تخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ ورش العمل والجلسات التدريبية
  7. القدرة على إعداد العروض التقديمية وتقديمها.
  8. مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية جيدة.
  9. مهارات عالية في حل المشكلات.
  10. مهارات حاسوبية عالية، خاصة في تطبيق وورد أوفيس
  11. القدرة العالية على التدريس والرغبة في أن تكون في أي وقت مطلع علي اخر التحديثات العلميه

Job Description

  • To plan and organize training courses in the specified topics of expertise
  • To deliver training courses in line with Academy standards and course objectives
  • Assist in developing soft skills program and curricula to be specific to academy needs and managing it in coordination with other programs
  • To evaluate the trainees and students according to Academy standards and course objectives
  • To prepare regular course evaluations and reports to administration
  • Assist in developing and implementing training needs assessments performance measurement tools and training assessment tools with enterprises and Academy partners
  • To assist in administrative responsibilities of the department
  • To propose new courses and to assist in upgrading current ones
  • To work on upgrading skills and knowledge base of self and department personnel
  • To contribute to promoting Academy and mission with partners and market in general
  • Communicate and coordinate with NASS technical departments to align non-technical with technical programs

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Fluent English.
  • Good knowledge of interpersonal skills field.
  • Ability and interest to understand and transmit information.
  • Leadership and capacity to motivate and interest others
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out training workshops & sessions
  • Capacity to prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • High problem solving skills.
  • High computer skills, specifically in word office application
  • High motivated teaching ability and willingness to be at any time up to date

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field from a reputable accredited university or higher institute.
  • More than 2 years proven experience in a related position or training subject.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
  • Working experience as teacher/ instructor at training institutions is preferred
