We are expanding our team at MakanE and we are looking to hire a talented Telesales Representative. The ideal candidate will be Client experience-oriented with high communication skills and an efficient set of skills in problem-solving.
The job responsibilities and qualifications for the vacancy are as follows:
Telesales Representative Responsibilities:
· Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, WhatsApp and Online Meeting
· Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
· Listening to the customers’ needs to generate Successful Leads and increase the conversation rates
· Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products & services
· Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products & services
· Answering customers’ questions & inquiries on the products and services.
· Meeting sales quotas.
Telesales Representative Skills/Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Very Good in English language.
· 2-3 years of experience in this field.
· Creative thinking skills.
· The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
· Good sales ability.
· Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
· Good command of Arabic and English both oral and written and customer service skills.
