Job Description
In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The operation officer and representative will handle the following tasks:
- Handling the company collections and payments for clients and services providers.
- Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, etc and follow up of existing tours.
- Doing quotations for requested tours.
- Maintaining and in charge of the company office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (Owner, Director, and Operations Manager).
Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED
- Have experience in accounting and google sheets.
- Very good computer skills (Internet, word, excel, etc)
- Good in English, reading and writing.
- Energetic personality and able to learn fast.
- Good public relations skills.
- Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
- Knowledge about the different attractions and destinations in Egypt.
