Social Media Specialist – Part-time
location: Giza

We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our Marketing Team on a part-time basis. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be in charge of developing original healthcare content in both Arabic and English, managing and expanding our social media presence, and assisting with graphic design creation. You are enthusiastic about healthcare, technology, and the environment, and you are eager to contribute to a fast-growing organization. What you’ll do:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase audience engagement.
Create engaging and compelling social media content (in both Arabic and English), including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
Conduct research about healthcare-related topics, trends, and audience preferences.
Manage and grow social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and coming up with timely content plans and strategies.
Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends, and concepts on social media channels.
Research and monitor the activity of healthcare industry competitors.
Ensure Oasis Clinic’s brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
Create and publish engaging content that appeals to the target audience, and increases engagement, traffic, and revenue.
Engage with social media users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
About you:
3+ years of proven work experience as a Social media Specialist, or Content Creator preferred in the healthcare sector.
University degree in Marketing or related field.
Excellent writing and editing skills (in both Arabic and English) with the ability to produce high-quality content in a variety of formats.
Experience with SEO and content optimization to increase visibility and engagement.
Good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience in photography and videography, is a plus.
Portfolio of published articles and posts.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Time-management skills and being someone who plans and executes with excellence.
