-A respectable Real Estate company is currently hiring an Electrical Engineer:
Responsibilities:
1- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works.
2- Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
3- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution.
4- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical workgroups.
5- Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
6- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.
7- Summarize data and report on test results.
8- Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
9- Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
Qualifications:
1-A bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering; MSc is a plus.
2- 5-7 years of experience.
3- Hands-on experience using design and calculation software.
4- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
5- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
6- Problem-solving abilities.
