Job Description
- Interact with UAE customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
- Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
Job Requirements
- Graduates only.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- Males & Females.
