Marketing Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

 

:ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
  •  Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  •  Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
  •  Follow the Group Marketing guidelines, governance and compliances
  •  Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  •  Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  •  Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  •  Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies
  •  Measure and report on the performance of the company’s digital marketing platforms
  •  Analyze consumer behavior and manage the company brand internally and externally
  •  Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
  •  Support the CEO in any requested tasks required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.

• 10 years of relevant communications experience; work experience in IT software house companies, startups, or other professional services firms is strongly preferred.

• Obtain certifications from professional associations like the American Marketing Association

• Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Excellent knowledge and experience in using Design applications

• Proven evidence in content creation and producing out-of-the-box tech content that impacts internally the communication message needed to be delivered.

AUTHORITY:

This role will be reporting to the CEO

DIMENSIONS:

The Marketing Manager will be working closely with the CEO and unitisation heads to facilitate the work needed.
