Job Description
. Source qualified calibers as per the JP and job requirements to ensure hiring the best talent on time.
. Meet with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and candidate qualifications.
. Develop job postings, interview, and select candidates for open positions.
. Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and potential candidates.
. Review the job postings for upcoming positions for developing recruitment strategies.
. Attend recruiting events to source possible candidates to get qualified CVs for potential hiring requests.
. Review potential candidates’ resumes and contact them to set up interviews.
. Follow up with potential candidates via email or telephone and negotiate salaries and other benefits.
. Develop job offers as per the salary scale at Delta Egypt.
. Implement an onboarding cycle for new hires and provide support with training.
. Maintain updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
. Keep up to date with employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MOS Office (MS Excel, MS power point)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Create new tools and ideas that help attract quality candidates.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
