Job description:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, or chat
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Job Requirements
- Very Good English
- Excellent handling and communication skills are a must
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Patience when handling tough cases
