Job Description

  • Interact with Breadfast customers over system, phone and email messages
  • Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries on Breadfast social media channels
  • Review customers’ feedback and order reviews on daily basis and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Periodically test Breadfast website and mobile app and provide feedback
  • Document interactions with customers into CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
  • Excellent documentation skills — documenting interactions with customers into CRM system
  • Good comprehension skills — ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Good composition skills — ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Demonstrable interpersonal & conflict resolution and negotiating skills
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Effective problem-solving skills: ability to approach problems logically
  • Strong handling skills
  • Action, detail oriented and self-disciplined
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills using both Arabic and English languages are must.
