Job Description
- This role is for ONLY Special needs hero.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Medical records, etc.
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days and assist central payroll team in UAE for all local payroll related advises.
- Keep abreast of all local regulations and update the concerned central team in case of any changes in local regulations which may impact central processes like Payroll etc.
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed and recruitment processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department, attrition rates, etc
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- prepare all labor law and social insurance documents and ensure compliance to all related local regulations concerning employment.
- Monitor and maintain biometric attendance and ensure adherence to payroll processes
- Point of contact for preparing and liaising with concerned team for all non-trade related contracts.
- Utility & Facilities management from Security to cleaners on the shop floor and back office
Job Requirements
- Only for people with special need’s heros.
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
